GYMTOTS FUN PHYSICAL PLAY ACTIVITIES
| We facilitate social, physical and educational development. Gymtots will explore our child friendly gymnastics' equipment. Children will be swinging and moving to music and singing to songs and rhymes, in a stimulating fun way using hand held apparatus. |  |

Gymtots' Sessions are for Pre-School children. Initially adults accompany their child before moving on to independent sessions. |

 Adult and Child group: Sessions are suitable for children from walking to Independent age. Designed so that the child and adult experience activities together with the opportunity to explore and develop the child’s basic physical and social skills, whilst having FUN. |
Independent Child group: Sessions are suitable for children who are ready to work independently from their parents/carer. Interaction and social skills are encouraged, whilst developing their full physical potential in a challenging and fun environment. |

The Physical Literacy Gold Medal is awarded to children during their last term at Gymtots before leaving to go to school. When starting school children who have attended Gymtots sessions have an automatic entry into our after school Gyminis sessions |
